Targets and results
Set monthly targets per person, team or department and record actual results daily, weekly or monthly.
Each service stands alone and connects to the others. Start with the area that hurts most and add more when you are ready.
We review how HR works today, find the gaps and write down the rules: roles and reporting lines, leave entitlements, attendance expectations, onboarding steps and approval flows.
Employee details, employment terms, documents and onboarding status belong together. Access is limited by role, so a team leader sees their team and payroll staff see salary data, but not the other way round.
Check-in and check-out times are recorded, working hours are calculated using your break rules, and late arrivals are flagged. Leave requests move from the employee to the manager, to HR when needed, and the balance updates when approved.
Change any number to see how achievement is calculated. Achievement for a higher-is-better KPI is actual ÷ target × 100. For a lower-is-better KPI it is target ÷ actual × 100.
Example values shown. Replace them with your own.
| KPI | Target | Actual | Direction | Weight | Achievement | Status |
|---|
Status bands: 100 and above is target achieved, 85 to 99 on track, 60 to 84 needs attention, below 60 below target. A zero target on a higher-is-better KPI cannot be scored. On a lower-is-better KPI, an actual of 0 counts as 100.
Set monthly targets per person, team or department and record actual results daily, weekly or monthly.
Manager reviews, coaching notes and improvement plans sit next to the numbers they refer to.
Every score can be traced back to the individual results behind it.
We prepare salary structures, approved allowances, overtime and deductions for review and approval. Gross salary is basic salary plus allowances and eligible earnings. Net salary is gross salary minus authorized deductions.
Note: tax, social contribution and overtime rules depend on the country and your policies. They are applied only after those are confirmed. Hire Via Global prepares payroll data; it does not pay salaries.
